• Only Active Members with Membership Cards and ID will be permitted entry into the Meeting and allowed to Vote.
• Agenda: Nomination & Election by Active Members of 3 Member Representative Trustee Candidates to the Board of Trustees.
Candidates need to meet all Member Representative Trustee Requirements to be considered for Member Representative Trustee position:
– Eligibility for Membership Trustee position begins after 1 year of Foundation’s membership in good standing.
– Exhibit the ability to support the mission of the organization through their active
participation as volunteers during the preceding twelve (12) months prior to
nomination.
– As well as involvement in the running of Foundation events during the preceding twelve (12) months prior to nomination.
• Candidates meeting the criteria are required to submit their Resume about themselves and identify their contribution to the Polish Cultural Foundation and how they support the mission of the Foundation through active participation as well as their involvement in the running of Foundation events during the preceding twelve (12) months prior to their nomination – to ([email protected]) no later than December 17th 2025.
